Frankly, I think that the amount of time we’re spending in front of screens is killing us. So why am I giving you another reason to check your emails?
As a coach I encourage people to put the phone down and get outside to properly re-connect with nature, and themselves. The irony that I really struggle with though, is that I need to be on your screen for you to know that I exist!
Bringing you a digital dose of nature, as a reminder to get outside into the real thing, and an opportunity to connect to your breath (scroll down for the reading-meditation) is the only way I can justify another email in your inbox.
My aim as always, is to inspire you to inspire yourself.
